The Opportunity
The Manager, Drug and Pharmacy Services oversees the day-to-day management, operations, and evaluation of drug and pharmacy services within the Clinical Services Division. This role acts as a key liaison between clinical stakeholders and technology teams, translating user needs into system solutions and ensuring services are aligned with organizational priorities.
With patients and the public at the forefront, this role is responsible for maximizing program value, strengthening collaboration across teams, and ensuring effective communication between clinical areas, technology partners, and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Director, Diagnostic and Drug Services, you will:
Lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of drug and pharmacy service programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating collaboration across clinical, technical, and partner groups.
Develop and execute program work plans, including setting objectives, timelines, and desired outcomes.
Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives through ongoing evaluation of programs, services, and processes.
Lead data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring to support informed decision-making and program effectiveness.
Manage program resources, including oversight of budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
Provide leadership to staff through coaching, performance management, and development of team capabilities.
Support organizational priorities by contributing to strategic initiatives, change management efforts, and stakeholder communications.

What You'll Bring to the Team
A post-secondary Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Minimum five years of experience in program management or similar role, preferably within an integrated IT or healthcare environment.
Proven leadership experience in a technology-focused or project-based environment.
Strong technical background, with experience in facilitation and training.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Experience managing large-scale, complex projects, including planning, execution, and budget oversight.
Ability to lead change and drive new processes across complex organizations and diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a customer-focused approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to varied audiences.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Knowledge or experience in clinical and/or diagnostic technology environment is considered an asset.
